NetBank Business: Changing a current account statement delivery option
 
You can maintain statement delivery details through the Admin menu. This menu option will be available only if you are an Administrator on the NetBank Business system and if your access rights allow you to change statement delivery details.

Accessing the Maintain statement delivery details screen

1 Follow this path through the main menu to access the Maintain statement delivery details screen:
Admin > Maintain Statement Delivery Details

2 The Maintain statement delivery details screen is displayed.

3 Take note of the rules and conditions related to this functionality.

4 Use the Account number or Account description field to search for a current account in the Search for current accounts section. Click on the Search button to continue.

5 The screen will refresh and display the results in the List of current accounts section.

6 If you want your current account statements to be emailed, you must enter the email address in this field and click on the Update email address for selected accounts button.

Note: The account statements of the accounts where you have selected Email as your delivery method will then be sent to this email address.

7 Use the dropdown list in the Delivery method column to change the details for a single account.

8 If you select the postal option as delivery method, the system will prepopulate the Details field with the postal address that the bank currently has for your statements. Your postal address cannot be updated online for FICA reasons.

If you select the None option, you will receive no statements for the specific account.

9 Enter the email address in the Details column if you want to receive your statements through email at different email addresses. Click on the Add button to enter a second email address for delivery.

10 Use the Remove button to remove an email address that you have captured.

Note: The system will not allow you to enter the same email address twice.

11 Click on the Submit button to save the changes.

13 Use the Cancel, Edit, Print or Export button to cancel, edit, print or export the account details.

14 Click on the Confirm button to accept the changes.

16 Use the Print or Export button to print or export the account details on this screen.

17 Use the Maintain more details button to maintain more current account delivery options.
